Fully automatic tinning machine
Product Introduction:
The fully automatic tinning machine is primarily used for the gold-removal tinning process of SMT components. After configuring the device with the appropriate gripper or suction nozzle, it can automatically handle standard and special-shaped components and connectors, various IC packaging forms such as QFP, SOP, SOIC, SOL, PGA, as well as capacitors, resistors, inductors, and through-hole components. The tinning machine operates through six main actions: automatic pick-and-place operation, vision operation, flux application, preheating, gold removal, and tinning.
